Veterans are welcome and honored.

VA clients must have prior authorization approved before their first appointment. Sessions without authorization will be charged at the standard rate of $100 per hour, payable on the date of service.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while still being charged the full session rate, in respect of the next client’s time.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
